Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • -Test and install new or updated system or features to the workstations
  • -Apply script and patch for the existing system that is assigned by Software Development  Unit Manager
  • -Assist in some minor development or research of assigned software project
  • -Keep records of callers, the problems experienced, and the resolutions
  • -Maintain and update the additional features of the helpdesk system
  • -Provide the basic level troubleshooting to the users
  • -Communicate with related engineers for the higher-level support and troubleshooting
  • -Follow up the troubleshooting process and respond to callers punctually
  • -Gather the users’ requirements to ensure the problems are properly resolved
  • -Monitor the helpdesk system for the frequently asked questions or common requests and  prepare strategies to prevent those same problems
  • -Training and coaching
  • -Provide the training to the users for the new system or technology
  • -Refresh the training to ensure the smooth usage of hardware and software
  • -Software development
  • -Design and develop system and database by follow the standard code convention
  • -Develop reports and system tools requested by various users

Competencies:

  • -Bachelor's degree or year 4th student of Information Technology, or Computer Science is  required
  • -Required at least 1-year experience on IT filed.
  • -Knowledge of programming languages such as VB.net, ASP.net, C#, and SQL Server, Java,  Postgre SQL.
  • -Good interpersonal skill and communication skill
  • -Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
