-To support the Cargo Management in ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in cargo operations;
-To implement and monitor safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure regulatory compliance;
-To continuously improve quality control processes to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency;
-To attend the internal and external audits, as well as other relevant meetings to ensuring successful completion results and following-up of the corrective actions implementation if any.
Your assignments will mainly focus on:
-Ensuring compliance with ISAGO (IATA Safety Audit for Ground Operations) standards including the audit preparation, participation and implementation of the corrective actions if any;
-Ensuring the compliance with the company’s quality management systems; services standards and regulations; and implementing sustainable practices within cargo operations;
-Assisting to enforce the safety and security protocols at the Warehouse;
-Supervising and supporting the cargo team;
-Monitoring capital expenditures (Capex) and operational expenditures (Opex);
-Ensuring good customer engagement and relevant stakeholders’ cooperation.
