Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- -Ensure that all external and internal requirements are met before our product reaches our customers.
- -Manage & inspecting procedures and outputs and identifying mistakes or non-conformity issues.
- -Identifies and sets appropriate quality standards and parameters for products.
- -Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
- -Coordinates product testing processes and participates in product testing.
- -Identifies and analyzes issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, particularly when problems occurred in multiple products; recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues.
- -Report all malfunctions to production executives to ensure immediate action.
- -Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentations.
- -Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
Key Selection Criteria and Qualification:
- -Educational background in IT/MIS at BSc degree or related fields.
- -2-3 years of experiences as a quality assurance manager or relevant role.
- -Experience and understanding of methodologies of quality assurance and standards.
- -Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods.
- -Good in documentation workflow and user guide of final product.
- -Good communication skills and corporate with other parties.
- -Good in spoken and written English.
- -Ability to work independently in a team spirit and under pressure.
