Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- -Create digital marketing planning and build digital programs that will help achieve the objectives laid out in the digital strategy as well as the overall brand objectives.
- -Create online banking promotion program to attract customer and competitive offer
- -Create referral marketing to support growth of digital banking product and service
- -Develop implement and monitor new campaigns associated with product launches.
- -Day-to-day management of digital marketing campaigns performance
- -Coordinating creative production with agency partners for marketing material and content apps for mobile/social platforms, and landing page optimization.
- -Manage digital marketing budget management.
- -Work with development teams to improve website architecture for SEO, recommend content and user experience development strategies.
Key Selection Criteria and Qualification:
- -Educational background in IT/MIS at BSc degree or related fields.
- -5 years of experiences working within the industry of relevance or general digital marketing experience.
- -A strong sense of creativity process of thinking of new idea on digital marketing on preparation of digital marketing plan, online promotion and referral marketing program.
- -A proven track record of managing digital marketing projects for a range of clients
- -A creative and innovative blend of mind is a must.
- -Strong team management and organizational skills.
- -Good business sense
- -Good in spoken and written English.
- -Good integrity, positive attitude, helpful, high commitment, competence and motivation.
- -Willing to travel to provincial branches.
