Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- -Support MCBU in managing and establishing activity plan for subordinate staff, and follow-up.
- -Ensure FLEXCUBE system is available and can response to business requirements.
- -Regularly providing core banking system parameterization.
- -Identifying, analyzing and reporting occurred and potential user/system problems.
- -Support system upgrades, EOD, new features and/or product testing, and apply fixes/patches.
- -Coordinate with software vendor to resolve problems with users and product features.
- -Create new branches, products, features, parameter changes, module upon request.
- -Provide system training and support to Head Office/Branches.
- -Participate in project implementation assigned by Manager.
- -Participate in developing manual/procedure guideline of Core Banking Support Unit
- -Assist MCBSU to strengthen system internal control, checklist, regulator.
- -Perform other tasks as required by manager.
Key Selection Criteria and Qualification:
- -Bachelor degree in IT/MIS.
- -At least three years’ experience of management IT/MIS.
- -Good understanding of financial accounting principles and procedures, good understanding of micro-finance operations.
- -Excellent understanding and practice of Core Banking System (FLEXCUBE is a plus).
- -Excellent computer skills (including Ms. Access, Ms. VB, SQL Server, PL/SQL, Oracle, Linux) and willingness to learn new software systems.
- -Willingness to become a qualified trainer in FLEXCUBE application.
- -Fluency in spoken and written English.
- -Flexible, dynamic and energetic.
- -Ability to work independently in a team spirit.
