Job Responsibilities
The role of Home Internet Sales Officer is to:
- Sell Home Internet to customers to increase more subscribers and revenue.
- Collect the market competitive market feedback and report to line supervisor/manager.
- Door to door promote Smart Home internet products and services to customers daily.
- Deploy POSM branding materials.
- Gather information on competitors' pricing, products, and promotions for line supervisors/managers.
- Resolve basic customer complaints. Seek support and solutions from supervisors when needed.
- Prepare reports and make recommendations to supervisors.
- Manage stock and reconcile cash collections.
- Keep supervisors informed by submitting reports on activities and results, including daily sales reports and weekly routing plans.
Job Requirements
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Fresh graduates with a bachelor's degree are preferred).

Skills:
- Strong mathematical skills.
- Proficient in reading and writing English.
- Fluent in reading and writing Khmer.
Personal Qualities:
- Proactive, passionate, self-confident, and able to work effectively under pressure.
Quality-oriented. -
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in using smartphones (Android preferred).

Work Experience (Preferred):
- Experience working in a telecommunications company or an internet service provider (ISP)."
