Job Responsibilities

The role of Home Internet Sales Officer is to:

1. Sell Home Internet to customers to increase more subscribers and revenue.
2. Collect the market competitive market feedback and report to line supervisor/manager.
3. Door to door promote Smart Home internet products and services to customers daily.
4. Deploy POSM branding materials.
5. Gather information on competitors' pricing, products, and promotions for line supervisors/managers.
6. Resolve basic customer complaints. Seek support and solutions from supervisors when needed.
7. Prepare reports and make recommendations to supervisors.
8. Manage stock and reconcile cash collections.
9. Keep supervisors informed by submitting reports on activities and results, including daily sales reports and weekly routing plans.

Job Requirements

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Fresh graduates with a bachelor's degree are preferred).
•  

Skills:

1. Strong mathematical skills.
2. Proficient in reading and writing English.
3. Fluent in reading and writing Khmer.

Personal Qualities:

• Proactive, passionate, self-confident, and able to work effectively under pressure.
  Quality-oriented.
•  

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in using smartphones (Android preferred).
•  

Work Experience (Preferred):

• Experience working in a telecommunications company or an internet service provider (ISP)."
