+Job Responsibilities
The Field Ops Engineer is to maintain, troubleshooting, operate and install of power system, radio station and transmission to ensure the recovery of system within defined SLA.
- To manage and assign tasks to Field Ops team (Center + Regional) to preventive and fix cells/sites down
- To do commissioning Wireless 2G, 3G, LTE to on air
- To check cells/sites performance, add, delete, modify neighboring cell, changing RF, Up-link/Downlink Bandwidth, IP configuration on eNodeB
- To do trouble shooting and restoring of Radio system (2G/3G/4G) as defined in SLA
- To work with vendors for escalation and follow-up, equipment repairing, trouble ticket and other issues related to the system
- To support related department base on project or emergency case
- To install new equipment and expanse system capacity

Job Requirements
Education and Knowledge:
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecom, Network, IT, Electricity and Electronic
- 2 years of working experienced in operation and Maintenance of Transmission, Radio and power supply
- Experiences on operation and maintenance, troubleshooting related to telecommunication sector
Specific Skills:
- Knowledge and ability to diagnose technical problems and ensure continuous improvement of both the quality of service delivered and the network's operational efficiency
- Knowledge and ability monitoring, including the verification of performance, inspection of the works and ensuring adherence to quality, costs and timelines
- Knowledge and ability to initiate, plan, execute and monitor projects or programs, while managing time, costs and quality
- Knowledge and ability to build, roll-out or update telecommunications networks and service platforms
- Knowledge and ability to maintain telecommunications systems and equipment to ensure effective operational performance and continuity of service
