Job Responsibilities
Supporting the Enterprise sales team on product technical matters, meet clients for network services, produce technical solutions to respond to customers' inquiries, work with the trans-mission and planning teams, and suggest improvements to the pre-sales process. Additionally, provide technical support to customers and respond to their technical inquiries.
- Provide technical support to the Enterprise sales team on product matters.
- Meet with clients to discuss network services such as Internet access, IP transit, and DPLC services.
- Develop technical solutions in response to customer inquiries and requirements, including SASE and SD-WAN technologies.
- Collaborate with transmission and planning teams to understand fiber capacity details.
- Recommend improvements to the pre-sales process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Certifications in network technologies such as CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA, or JNCIP.
- Knowledge of routing and switching protocols such as OSPF, BGP, MPLS, VPLS, and VXLAN.
- Experience with network security technologies such as firewalls, VPNs, and IDS/IPS.
- Familiarity with SASE and SD-WAN technologies
