Job Responsibilities
The Front Office Agent Intern is to interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services, and to handle and resolve complaints.
The main roles and responsibilities are:
- Welcoming and treating customers in a friendly and patient manner.
- Registering customers and handling customer problems and complaints. Selling SIM cards, scratch cards, top-ups, and other services.
- Following supervisors' verbal and written instructions promptly.
Job Requirements
- University students/3rd year students, or fresh graduates.
- Familiarity with using computers (e.g., browsing the internet, using email)
- Basic English (written and spoken) to understand instructions and communicate with customers.
- Professional appearance with positive body language that conveys friendliness, accuracy, and competence.
- Able to work shifts according to the work schedule.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
