Job Responsibilities

  1. Answer call professionally and follow up subscriber complaint.
  2. Respond to customer inquiries.
  3. Handle and resolve customer complaints.
  4. Provide customers with product and service information.
  5. Identify and escalate priority issues and route calls to appropriate sources.
  6. Complete a required report in system/send to Team - Leader/Supervisor.

Job Requirements

Education & Qualification:

  1. Bachelor’s degree (undergraduate or graduate) or minimum high school diploma.
  2. Have basic computer skills.
  3. Good Khmer and English both spoken and written.
  4. Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, but not required.
