+Job Responsibilities

Project Responsibility:

Chatbot

  1. Manage requirements roadmap for Chatbot to ensure effective and efficient development work.
  2. Managing Chatbot content and flow.
  3. Collaborate with other departments and external vendors for better alignment on content with our Smart product/service on the bot
  •  

tNPS 

  1. Track performance on tNPS by touchpoints such as Smart Shop, Call Center, Webchat, social media and official Smart Axiata communication platforms.
  2. Manage insight from tNPS data and establish improvement points with relevant stakeholders for execution.
  •  

Smart Website Management:

  1. Define user stories and prioritize requests based on customer and business needs.
  2. Plan and establish website requirements for implementation team.
  3. Collaborate with departments and vendors to ensure effective development and quality.
  4. Work with UI/UX designers to create user journeys.
  5. Coordinate with stakeholders to manage UAT testing, including resources, test cases, and reporting.
  6. Research and improve user experience on the website.

+Job Requirements

Education: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Business Information Systems, Marketing, or related field preferred.


Experience:

  1. At least 2 years in stakeholder management, product design, or digital transformation.
  2. Customer Focus: Passionate about developing products with a customer-centric approach, balancing user needs and business goals.
  3. Project Management: Skilled in Agile methodology and SDLC.
  4. Stakeholder Management: Effective in aligning and communicating with all stakeholders.
  5. Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build relationships and communicate clearly with all levels of staff, including senior management.
  6. Presentation Skills: Proficient in creating concise presentations and reports.
  7. Personal Traits: Proactive, passionate, confident, self-driven, quality-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
  8. Language Skills: High proficiency in verbal and written English.
  9. Digital Product Design: Experience in conceptualizing and designing with a focus on user experience; familiar with Figma.
