Job Description
[Requirements]
- Language: Japanese (Business level), Khmer
- Sending and replying to emails in Japanese to supervisor.
- Making and receiving phone calls in Japanese with supervisor.
- Document creation using Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- The ordering software is Office (Access), and training will be provided on its operation.
- Work experience in the garment/sewing industry is preferred
[Responsibilities]
- Managing accounting and admin
- Supervision and management of monthly accounting, annual tax declarations, and ACAR (Annual Cost Accounting Report).
- Supervision and management of various annual applications.
- Preparation and submission of documents for duty-free import/export.
- Development of production schedules.
- Handling inquiries from Japanese customers.
- Ordering materials and managing delivery dates (domestic and international).
- Management and negotiation with domestic suppliers.
[Working day/hour]
- Monday to Saturday (7:00AM -4:00PM)
- Holiday: Sunday and Public Holiday
- Note: Working days, holidays, and working hours may be adjusted to align with product delivery deadlines. If such adjustments are not feasible, it can be discussed during the interview process.
