Job Description
[Requirements]
- High school diploma or technical certificate in mechanics, electrical, or manufacturing.
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a machine operator in manufacturing/production.
- Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems is an advantage.
- Ability to lead and supervise a big production team.
- Willingness to work in shifts and under pressure.
- Strong technical aptitude in machine operation and troubleshooting.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Attention to detail and quality-focused.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Safety and compliance mindset.
- Problem-solving and quick decision-making ability
[Responsibilities]
Machine Operation & Production Control
- Operate machines per SOPs, monitor performance, and adjust settings to meet quality and production targets.
- Load raw materials, ensure finished goods meet specifications, and minimize downtime.
Team Leadership
- Supervise and assign tasks to helpers/line workers.
- Train new staff on operation, safety, and quality.
- Monitor performance, foster teamwork, and maintain discipline.
Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving
- Identify and fix machine issues; escalate unresolved problems.
- Document issues and corrective actions.
Maintenance & Safety
- Conduct routine cleaning, lubrication, and inspections.
- Report abnormalities and follow all safety protocols.
Reporting & Documentation
- Record daily output, downtime, rejects, and maintenance.
- Report performance and hand over clear shift updates.
[Working day/hour:]
- Working days: Monday ~ Saturday
- Working Hours: 8:00 am ~ 5:00pm, 8h/day (1 hour break, 12:00pm -1:00pm)
- Holidays: Chinese New Year, Khmer New Year, Pchum Ben day, Water Festival.
