Job Description
[Requirements]
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2-year experience in school operation and facility is preferred.
- Proven experience in Human Resources, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and school operations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems is a plus.
[Responsibilities]
Human Resource Planning, Recruitment, and selection:
- Prepare and design effective vacancy advertisement.
- Developing and implementing a plan to meet the requirements from the requested department.
- Being the recruiter to interview the candidates and record in the job interview form
- Selecting and hiring human resources to fill specific position as required
- Maintains human resources records by documenting contract, new employment, staff profiles, transfers, terminations, resignations, change in job classification and compile them confidentially
Human Resource Development:
- Orienting and training employees.
- Building effective team within the organizational structure.
- Designing systems for appraising the performance of individual employees.
- Assisting employees in developing career plans in term of motivation
- Maintain HR documents safe and confidential
Compensation and Benefits:
- Designing and implementing compensation and benefit system for all employees.
- Ensuring that compensation and benefits are fair and consistent.
- Reviewing staff evaluations and alert to related departments for the staff’s probation ending, resigning, promoting, and job vacancy.
- Develop, amendment and maintain the policies, memos, forms, rules for the school to ensure they are updated
- Monitor compliance against the policies and procedures and report to the top management
- Prepare notices, letters, instruction and disseminate to the staff and government agencies
- Oversee in the school and observe staff performances and attendances as daily 8. Consult with head of departments to discuss disciplines, policy, behavioral problems
- Prepare and maintain staff attendance, school activity, personnel reports and records for officials and agencies
- Maintain sound procedures for the security, school routines, supervision and maintenance of the school environment,
- Assist in other tasks if required by HR Director, Deputy Director, Director & Chairman.
[Working Day/Hour]
- 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday – Friday)
- 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Saturday)
