Job Description
[Requirements]
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory/lead role
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of the organization.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software is a plus.
[Responsibilities]
- Process recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.
- Maintain HR databases, track employee attendance, and manage leave records.
- Assist in preparing policies and regulations in compliance with labor law.
- Arrange registration required under the law of Cambodia
- Support performance evaluations and training programs.
- Ensure timely renewal of supplier contracts
- Identify potential suppliers and conduct quotation comparisons.
- Manage office supplies, facilities, and vendor coordination.
- Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing systems.
- Organize meetings, appointments, and company events.
- Assist in payroll processing and other HR-related tasks.
- Coordinate and oversee logistics operations
[Working Day/Hour]
- Working Day : Monday to Saturday (5.5days/week)
- Working Hour : 8:00am to 5:30pm
