Job Description
The major role of this position is to assist Senior Unit Manager of FPD Department for Internal Reporting in preparing the reporting and the area of Internal and Statutory Reporting.
Duties and Responsibilities
- -Involve and assist supervisor in month end book closing
- -Generate consolidated financial statements as a whole by the timeline and ensure that the report is -prepared in accordance with Cambodian Accounting Standards/Cambodia International Financial Reporting Standards and the guideline from the NBC
- -Generate financial reports at branch level for submitting to branch by the timeline and ensure that the report is properly prepared; any error is identified and rectified on a timely manner
- -Prepare working for adjustment on the transactions by department where the user/maker does not clearly identify the department code
- -Generate and review the financial report by cost center and ensure that is properly and timely prepared
- -Perform analysis on consolidated financial reports, financial report by branch and financial report by cost center with Account noted and the guideline and submit the result to supervisor for review.
- -Prepare the working for imbalance of daily Full Trial Balance adjustments to team accounting timely.
- -Test unrealised gain and loss on the daily full Trial Balance and compare with the system calculated; any error is identified and rectified on the timely manner
- -Maintain all related documents/reports properly and orderly
- -Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor and the Management.
- Skills Specifications
-Full commitment to Bank’s vision, mission, purposes, values, procedures and objectives
- -Hold bachelor degree in Finance and Banking, Accounting and Finance
- -At least 2-year professional experiences in accounting and finance
- -Have a good skill in MS Office includes Word, Excel, and Email
- -Ability to work under pressure and long-hours, highly self-motivated, strong sense of urgency with high level of commitment and determination in delivering a great result
- -Able to communicate in English
