Job Description
System Operations unit is to administrate, maintain, support and manage the team to maintain the EOD/EOM, and EOY operations of Core Banking System to ensure the daily accounting transaction are closed and move to the next working day. Maintain and support all software of Core Banking System, BI, ATM and AML system. To manage and controlling the batch upload into Core Banking System to ensure all batches are upload & authorize with successfully. To support and manage team to generate monthly BASEL data to ensure all report files are generate and send to Krungsri Bank on time. The main task is to maintain the application up and running 24/7 with the minimum impact.
Duties and Responsibilities
-Perform running EOD/EOM/EOY operations of Core Banking System
- -Working with support team to solve the software/functional issue
- -Control and manage the existing system on Core -Banking System, BI, ATM, and AML System and troubleshoot
- -Install and configure Weblogic
- -Administrate internal application ITO service
- -Deploy Core Banking Application and other applications for testing as requested from users
- -Administrate and perform patching on the application (Weblogic)
- -Supporting other related units, branches or departments to resolve the issue on critical system
- -Perform switchover Core Banking System, ATM, Mobile Banking, AML System to DR in case of critical issue or testing case and to ensure DR is functioned well.
- -To complete the tasks assigned by management and establish the activities plan
- -To record the report of system issue, system change log, and system availability
- -To ensure system is running 24/7 without interruption
- Skills Specifications
- -Bachelor degree of Computer Science or related fields
- -At least two years working experience in IT -Operations/ IT
- -High commitment to resolve the critical/non-critical issues
- -Working experience with Microfinance or Commercial Bank is a plus
- -Good knowledge of Oracle Database, Oracle BI
- -Report, Oracle SQL tuning, and MS SQL Server
- -Good knowledge of Financial/Accounting, SQL
- -language and dot net are a plus
- -Good at spoken and written communication skills both English and Khmer
- -Able to work at night for solving critical issue or other tasks assigned by management
- -Willing to learn new business applications and new innovative technologies.
