Job Description
Ensure the security, stability, and reliability of Hattha Bank's digital systems, including Kubernetes Cluster, Linux servers, databases, ELK stacks, and application running under platform. Mentor junior team members to support Hattha Bank system running and operation.
Duties and Responsibilities
- -Maintain and configure platform and distributed systems supporting Hattha Bank's digital infrastructure
- -Manage and optimize database performance and availability
- -Manage and optimize ELK stack deployment and analytics operations
- -Manage and maintain both internal and external critical digital applications
- Collaborate with development teams on application deployment and support
- -Perform regular patching and hardening of Linux servers to maintain security and compliance
- -Ensure systems meet internal and external security standards
- -Working with cross functionality with IT Security, review reports (vulnerability assessments) and apply necessary fixes

- Skills Specifications
-Bachelor/Master’s degree in computer science, IT and Engineering or equivalent
- -3+ years in system administration, preferably in banking or finance
- -Knowledge distributed system and designed
- Strongly knowledge of patch management and security hardening on operation system (RHEL, CentOS, etc.)
- -Experienced with database administration (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- knowledge NoSQL is Redis, Elasticsearch is a plus
- -Experienced in container technology such as Docker, Kubernetes(k8s) is a plus
- -Experienced configuration management tools included Ansible, terraform is a plus (not limit to)
- -Passionate and continue embracing new technology
- -Knowledge CI/CD pipeline and tool such as Jenkins, or Argo CD for CD
- -Experienced in programming language included Python/Java/Goang, but not limit to
- Experienced with monitoring system included Grafana, Prometheus, but not limit to other tools
