Job Description
Define duties and responsibilities for managing, resolving and monitoring all disputes or cases of Hattha Bank outside the court and preparing reports on all disputes or cases, both inside and outside the court, as well as providing legal advice to staff and management.
- -Responsible for resolving disputes or problems of Hattha Bank outside the court
- Review the request for the lawyer’sletter to clients/staffs of Hattha Bank and relevant parties to resolve the dispute or problems
- Prepare the lawyer’s letter as requested and submit it to the lawyer for review and signature
- -Participate in resolving disputes or problems with relevant parties as necessary and assigned by the Director
- -Review and monitor the minutes or results of resolving disputes or problems through the lawyer’s letter
- -Prepare report on the resolution of disputes or problems through the lawyer’s letter
- -Review and prepare monthly progressive court case report then submit to the management for reviewing and approval before submitting to the NBC and relevant departments
- -Manage, review and keep Hattha Bank’s documents relevant to court cases or authorities in order and properly
- -Communicate and coordinate with relevant institutions such as the Ministry of Justice, lawyers, authorities and stakeholders to resolve disputes or problem that arise and study mechanisms related alternative dispute resolution
- -On mission to branches or dispute location or relevant authorities to support alternative disputes resolution and provide legal advice to staff
- -Prepare, initiate and modify all forms related to alternative dispute resolution tasks in response to relevant laws, regulations and decisions
- Be a representative of Hattha Bank in alternative dispute resolution process
- -Provide Legal advice to staff and management of Hattha Bank upon request
- -Research, compile and develop dispute resolution tasks, especially related to alternative dispute resolution, banking and financial sector, keep up to date in order to get new ideas
- Provide training to staff especially related to alternative dispute resolution
- -Participate in team motivation and promoting new initiatives in the department
- -Perform other duties assigned by the management
- Skills Specifications
-Graduated a bachelor degree in law or related fields
- -Knowledge of Civil Code, Criminal Code, Commercial Law, Labor Law and Procedural Code, etc
- -Legal experience in Banking and Financial Sector
- -Knowledge and/or Experience related to negotiation, dispute resolution, etc
- -Proficient in Speaking and Writing English and able to use Ms. Word, Excel and Power Point
- -High collaborative and team-oriented
- -Be Patient and able to work extra hour (if necessary)
- -Strong communication skills and able to travel to provinces.
