Job Description

1. Sales Order & Claim Processing

• Process sales orders, promotional claims, and trade agreements in coordination with Modern Trade Managers and the Modern Trade team.

• Ensure all sales transactions and promotional claims are recorded accurately and in compliance with company policies.

2. Sales Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare and update regular reports on sales performance, stock levels, and promotional effectiveness.

• Track KPIs by account, channel, and product category to support management reviews.

3. Stock Monitoring

• Track and report stock aging, highlighting slow-moving SKUs and recommending corrective actions.

• Coordinate with the supply chain and warehouse teams to ensure proper stock rotation and timely replenishment.

4. Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work closely with Finance, Warehouse, and Transportation teams to ensure timely invoicing, order delivery, and payment reconciliation.

• Support accurate data flow and documentation between commercial and operational departments.

5. Sales Support & Documentation

• Provide administrative and reporting support to the sales team, ensuring smooth communication and process flow.

• Maintain organized records of trade agreements, promotions, and account documentation.

6. Working Conditions

• May require field visits to modern trade outlets.

• May require travel to provincial modern trade stores occasionally.

• Flexible hours, including weekends if needed.

• Must be comfortable handling alcoholic beverage brands (beer). 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in sales administration, commercial support, or data analysis roles, preferably in FMCG, beverage, or retail industries.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, data visualization), ERP/CRM systems, and reporting tools.

• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy.

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills across departments.

• Good command of Khmer and English (both spoken and written).
