• Brand Management: Ensured that brand remains relevant, competitive, on trend, and attractive to the target audience.
• Content Creation: Crafted compelling and relevant monthly content across various platforms (FB, IG, Telegram, TikTok, YouTube) to drive engagement and brand awareness.
• Digital Community Engagement: Engaged with the social media community through inbox comments, messages, and mentions.
• Social Media Campaigns: Developed and executed social media campaigns across multiple platforms such as FB, IG, TikTok and YouTube.
• Event Coordination: Coordinated MCs briefing script, artists performance, artist rehearsal, LED branding, work with suppliers for digital or TV live streams, work with suppliers for stage management and social media for concerts.
• Event Campaign Management: Managed cross-functional collaboration, campaign promotion, on-ground support, social media updates, artist facilitation, and post-event content for company events and sponsorships.
• Artist Engagement: Established connections with artists, BAs and KOLs, managing contracts, inventory,
and payments also create and find inspiration for them to post on their digital platform.
• Visual Content Creation: Conceptualized and crafted key visuals for online and offline advertising, including digital ads, billboards, banners, and bus branding.
• TVC Production: Oversaw TVC production processes from conception to pre-production to post-production.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborated cross-functionally with other departments, including Finance, Event Activation, On Trade, Sale and Procurement, to ensure efficient operations.
• Video Shooting & Editing: shooting videos and editing short video to publish on TikTok channel.
Job Requirements
1. Educational Background
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field.
2. Social Media Expertise
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, etc.) and their advertising tools.
• Ability to develop and implement social media strategies that align with business goals.
3. Content Creation
• Skills in content writing, copywriting, and storytelling for different channels.
4. Project Management
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
5. Experience Requirements
• Mid-Level: 2–3 years of experience in specific digital marketing areas.
