Position Objective:

The role is responsible for supervising and supporting the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with Chinese-speaking clients and partners, ensuring smooth communication, and driving business growth through effective sales strategies and team performance management.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development

  • - Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
  • - Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Chinese-speaking market segment.
  • - Present, promote, and sell products or services to existing and prospective customers.
  • - Conduct regular visits to customers and maintain strong business relationships.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • - Serve as the main point of contact for Chinese-speaking clients, providing timely and professional support.
  • - Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and complaints efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
  • - Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and distributors.

3. Market Analysis & Reporting

  • - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to propose relevant sales strategies.
  • - Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights to the Sales Supervisor/Manager.
  • - Recommend promotional activities and pricing adjustments to improve competitiveness.

4. Coordination & Administration

  • - Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Logistics, Finance) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • - Ensure all sales documentation (contracts, quotations, invoices) is accurate and complete.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events as required.

 

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • - Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales or trade supervision, preferably in FMCG, retail, or related industries.
  • - Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English; Khmer is a plus.
  • - Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • - Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement effective sales strategies.
  • - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • - Dynamic, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
