Job Description

• Perform daily route visit in assigned areas to generate orders following stock rules to ensure weekly safety stocks in each outlet, and to manage products shelf life.
• Ensuring product representation is always visible and well stock-in outlets.
• Drive distributions and work closely with distributor team to ensure sales target achievement is satisfactorily met.
• Ensure product visibility in outlets at prime location and stock movement of customers is under controlled (FIFO Method).
• Maintain strong and long-term business relationships with customers, ensuring overall servicing of customers is met.
• Monitor and provide feedback on competitor’s advertising & promotional activities on time and accurate activity reports.
• Assist Area Sales Manager to identify new opportunities for business with both existing and new customers.
• Perform related duties as assigned from time to time as required by the company.
 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or relevant fields.
• Possess 1-year experience in sales, preferably with FMCG or Trading.
• Knowledge of the beverage or alcoholic beverage industry is a plus.
• Demonstrate good communication.
• Strong commitment with filed works and willing to travel for outdoor sales work.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
