Job Description
• Gathering quantitative and qualitative data from various sources such as surveys, market reports and internal databases
• Organize and analyze data to identify market trends, consumer behavior and competitive insights
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities and emerging market opportunities
• Support the design, distribution and analysis of surveys
• Prepare detailed reports and presentation with visualizations (Charts, graphs, dashboards)
• Maintain and update market research data report regularly
• Work closely with the other unit team among commercial departments to get align research findings with business strategies
• Provide timely update on project progress and market developments to the Business Analysis Manager.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in market research, data analysis, or a similar role in the FMCG industry (preferred)
• Fresh graduates with strong analytical and communication skills may also be considered
• Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, SPSS, Power BI, Tableau, etc.
• Familiarity with market research methodologies and tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Knowledge of FMCG industry dynamics is a plus.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Be able to fieldwork and willing to travel for task assigned, honest and confidential person
• Reliability and Independence with work assigned from line manager
• Accountability, Initiative, creativity, and stay with work quality and accuracy
