  1. To ensure fairness, transparency, on-time, cost effective and procedure compliance in recruitment campaign. The
  2. tasks involve:
  3. Asist management to check on staff request make sure follow by BP, policy and procedure also attach
  4. supporting document.
  5.  Collect and compute candidate data in spreadsheet.
  6.  Arrange, develop, and support interview and candidate selection for recruitment campaign, that may include
  7. checking and filing document, shortlist, interviews, etc.
  8.  Facilitate in reference checking process.
  9.  Check file to ensure the proper and full document of each selected candidate.
  10.  Monitor and store all applications in according to the procedure in proper place.
  11. 2. To assist recruitment tasks. These include:
  12.  Consolidate the number of staff needed or Head count.
  13.  Draft job announcement and prepare proposal for job announcement.
  14.  Organize job advertising, contact job search agent to spread the announcement, posting in some free-signedup
  15. job search website.
  16.  Asist manager for the conduct job opportunity orientation with corporate university and institution.
  17.  Negotiate with candidate on job offer.
  18.  Assist to prepare documents for new staff appointed such as appointment letter, Resolution letter, probation
  19. contract, Staff Guarantee Letter and others required from CAMMA.
