POSITION DESCRIPTION

As a senior card advisor, you will play a pivotal role in driving our card sales strategy and contributing to our revenue growth. You will be responsible for providing solid advice and guidance to potential cardholders, ensuring exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets.

DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY

  • - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote our card products.
  • - Drive card sales through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship-building with potential customers.
  • - Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • - Engage with customers to understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate card solutions.
  • - Provide personalized advice and guidance to customers on the benefits and features of our card products.
  • - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and effective resolution of inquiries and concerns.
  • - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our card products, features, and benefits.
  • - Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies related to card sales and customer interactions.
  • - Educate customers on responsible credit card usage and financial management practices.
  • - Collaborate closely with the sales team and other departments to achieve collective goals and objectives.
  • - Share insights and best practices with team members to enhance overall sales effectiveness.
  • - Prepare regular sales reports and analyses to track progress against targets and identify areas for improvement.
  • - Utilize data-driven insights to optimize sales strategies and maximize performance.
  • - Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager.

QUALIFICATION

  • - Proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • - Strong understanding of financial products, specifically credit cards.
  • - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • - Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
  • - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
