POSITION DESCRIPTION
The primary role of this Legal Officer is to deal with legal aspects related to in-house NPL resolution.
DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY
- - Assist legal manager in relation to debt and non-performing loan (NPL) recovery processes.
- - Assist in preparing the litigation (suing) in court, obtain a court decision, and apply it to cases appropriately.
- - Prepare NPL resolution reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
- - Provide general administrative support to line manager.
- - Check NPL files from branches and report to the line manager.
- - Assist legal manager in managing NPL cases and seeing the case through completion.
- - Assist manager in developing internal litigation effectively.
- - Cooperation internally and externally of the bank to pursue the effective claim for the loan.
- - Provide legal assistance related to NPL cases and Debt.
- - Other duties are assigned by the manager and Co-Head of Legal Resolution.
QUALIFICATION
- - At least a bachelor's degree in law.
- - At least a year of experience in a related area.
- - Knowledge of laws, rules, and regulations.
- - Ability to prepare legal documents.
- - Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point).
- - High attention, commitment, and hard work.
