DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY‍

- Replenishes the cash in ATMs under the branch.
Maintenance ATMs whenever it’s down service or any occurs.
- Daily checklist ATM in both offsite/onsite.
- Solve all problems related to the cardholder/merchant.
- Support IT infrastructure, CCTV cameras, and software.
- Handle merchant recruitment and oversee merchant outlets on target areas set from BM/DBM.
- Build and maintain good relations with current and potential merchants to foster future business cooperation.
- Provide training to merchant outlets and ensure that the quality of the merchant is met by bank standards.
- Make sure all merchants have our visible branding.
- Gather feedback from the merchant outlet and customer to develop and recommend solutions.
- Ensure strictly adhere to the bank's rules, regulations, policies, procedures, manual, working guidelines, and instructions.
- Other tasks relevant to ATM/Merchant or assigned by BM/DBM.

QUALIFICATION

- Hold a Bachelor Degree or be pursuing a 4th year in English, Banking & Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
- Must have good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Pleasant and friendly personality.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Words, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willing to work under pressure and over time.
