JOB DESCRIPTION
Manages the daily activities to resolve problems, maintains connection availability and work with team to ensure that service objectives are met and troubleshoot technical issues to meet standard operation to make sure all network systems in data center can operate 24/7.
DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY
- - Support network & technical team and provide training to perform daily operate.
- Install, configure and administer network devices (router, core switch, firewall, WAF,...…) and network operating systems both LAN and WAN of new opening branches.
- - Monitor and optimize the network to ensure the stability of network connectivity of both LAN and WAN.
- - Follow up and document on windows and software upgrade.
- - Make sure all equipment in/out repairing with outsource are properly control between both parties.
- - Document the network infrastructure of both LAN & WAN.
- - Monitor and report for all branch & ATM connections.
- - Troubleshoot networks to identify and correct malfunctions and other operational difficulties.
- - Troubleshoot servers, system, phone problem and solving hardware/software faults.
- - Setup Microsoft outlook email account configuration with exchange server.
QUALIFICATION
- - Bachelor degree or technical institute degree / certificate in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field or equivalent work experience.
- - Minimum of 01 years IT working experience in computer operations with exposure to multi-platform environments.
- - Open-source skills with Unix, Linux administration & related certification.
- - Basic network skills with Cisco and Huawei product.
- - Honest, hardworking, reliable, creatively and willing to learn more with new skills.
- - Be able to work overtime or night time in case maintenance
- - Flexible in time and working hours.
- - Be able to use English both writing and speaking.
- - Be able to travel in place when and where the work is assigned.
