DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY

  • - Process trade product transactions/documents in accordance with the Policy and Procedure and applicable compliance requirement.
  • - Draft/Verify SWIFT messages.
  • - Deliver satisfactory customer services to customers.
  • - Coordinate with internal departments/branches on processing of trade transactions.
  • - Respond to inquiries on trade products from trade customers, internal department, and branches.
  • - Maintain proper document filing.
  • - Check and maintain updated record and customer profile.
  • - Maintain up-to-date knowledge on relevant ICC rules and publications.
  • - Perform other tasks in relation to trade transactions.
  • - Provide applicable coaching to officer.
  • - Perform other tasks at the assignment of Head, Trade Business.

QUALIFICATION

  • - Bachelor's degree in major of Banking, Finance, Business, or equivalent in related field.
  • - Minimum 1 or 2 years working experiences in trade operation or trade finance.
  • - Possess knowledge of ICC rules and publications.
  • - Proven team player with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • - Very good knowledge of speaking and writing English, Khmer and Chinese is more advantages.
  • - High attention to details and can work multi-tasks.
  • - Be proactive, open minded, smart working, self-discipline.
  • - Be able to work independently, under pressure, as a team.
  • - Be objectivity, accountability and honesty.
