POSITION DESCRIPTION
The administrative assistant is responsible for managing administration, scheduling, coordination, communication, organizing, and reporting.
DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY
- - Provides comprehensive secretary and administrative services to the Chief Operating Officer.
- - Extensive scheduling, calendar management, distributing agendas, and prioritizing appointments.
- - Publishing meeting minutes, coordinating meeting schedules to minimize conflicts, confirming appointments, and rescheduling as necessary.
- - Organize documents for signature and reports for meetings, ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and adherence to deadlines.
- - Filtering incoming communications, queries, and requests with responding or redirecting as appropriate.
- - Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATION
- - Bachelor degree in Banking and Finance, Business Administration, or relevant degrees.
- - At least two-year experience in executive personal assistant or in a similar role.
- - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively at all levels in a collaborative team environment.
- - Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- - Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- - Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
- - Possessing good English speaking, writing, and Chinese is a plus.
