JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth in the automotive and heavy equipment industry.
  • Act as a liaison between the marketing team and other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Manage and allocate marketing budget efficiently to support all marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze market data, customer feedback, and sales reports to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of marketing professionals to ensure they are meeting their targets and are aligned with the company's goals.
  • Research online platforms and digital marketing tools to identify new marketing opportunities and stay updated with industry trends.
  • Coordinate and oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, events, and product launches.
  • Make arrangements for trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines and ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
  • Maintain accurate records of marketing activities, expenses, and campaign performance for reporting purposes.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role in the Automotive/Heavy Equipment industry
  • Proficiency in creative content planning and development
  • Strong knowledge of managing digital ads on platforms such as Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram, Google, and YouTube
  • Demonstrated expertise in SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
  • Experience in event planning and executing successful product roadshows/activations
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with influencers and manage influencer marketing campaigns
  • Proven track record in developing yearly marketing plans and strategies
  • Experience running effective Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and utilizing SEO, internet, and email marketing techniques
  • Excellent command of English language, both written and verbal
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey marketing messages and work with cross-functional teams
