Supervise the overall accounting and tax functions of the company, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness in financial reporting and tax filings.
Coordinate and collaborate with the accounting team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including monitoring, guiding, and providing support when needed.
Prepare and review financial statements, budget reports, and tax returns, ensuring their accuracy and adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards.
Analyze financial data and performance, providing insights, recommendations, and forecasts to aid in decision-making and strategic planning.
Maintain and update accounting records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documentation, ensuring their accuracy, completeness, and organization.
Oversee the preparation and analysis of cash flow statements, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports as required.
Collaborate with external auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities during annual audits, tax assessments, and any other regulatory compliance matters.
Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting and tax regulations, staying informed about industry best practices, and implementing corrective actions as required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles specially from start up company
Proven experience in handling monthly tax declarations and compliance with local tax regulations.
Proficiency in financial analysis and the ability to provide insightful financial recommendations.
Highly skilled in using QuickBooks software for accounting purposes.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and data management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
