JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee and supervise the administrative team, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Ensure efficient and effective delivery of administrative support services to various departments within the organization.
- Manage and maintain records, ensuring accuracy, proper filing, and adherence to data protection guidelines.

- Collaborate with other departments to plan and coordinate administrative support for various projects and initiatives.
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects, demonstrating excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
- Coordinate and oversee logistical aspects of meetings, conferences, and other events, ensuring smooth execution.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries effectively and professionally.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, identifying areas for continuous improvement.
- Manage administrative expenses and budgets, ensuring proper allocation and cost control.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and professional growth within the administrative team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience as an Admin Supervisor or similar role in a Trading/Import & Export industry
- In-depth knowledge of administrative procedures, workflows, and standards
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels
- Knowledge of inventory management and procurement processes
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and tasks as needed
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost discretion
- Strong work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile to achieve desired results
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory. Relevant experience will also be considered.
