JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as a liaison between SNKH (Cambodia) Co., LTD and potential fleet customers to promote and sell automotive and heavy equipment products
  • Strategize and plan efficient approaches to reach out to potential fleet customers and drive sales growth
  • Adapt to changes in market trends and customer needs to ensure successful sales outcomes
  • Generate creative ideas and initiatives to attract and engage potential fleet customers
  • Multi-task effectively to manage sales inquiries, customer appointments, and administrative duties
  • Skillfully negotiate and close sales deals to drive revenue for the company
  • Observe market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to make informed sales decisions
  • Estimate vehicle and equipment costs accurately to provide customers with competitive pricing options
  • Make necessary arrangements for product demonstrations, test drives, and customer presentations
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance metrics
  • Demonstrate strong computer literacy skills to effectively utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software and sales tools

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in sales or a related field is preferred ( B2B )
  • Familiarity with the automotive industry and understanding of EV car is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to cold call and set appointments with potential clients
  • Proficient in delivering effective product and service presentations to potential customers
  • Skilled in identifying customer needs and translating them into sales opportunities
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for creating reports and presentations
  • Strong internet and email skills for efficient communication and receiving inquiries
  • Good command of spoken and written English for effective communication with clients and colleagues
