JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as a liaison between SHPP Trading Co., Ltd. and potential customers, building and maintaining strong relationships to drive sales.
  • Sell products to clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate product recommendations.
  • Generate innovative ideas to expand the customer base and increase market share, resulting in revenue growth.
  • Observe market trends and competitors' activities, analyzing data to uncover new opportunities for business development.
  • Implement sales strategies and techniques to achieve individual and team targets, ensuring consistent achievement of sales goals.
  • Make arrangements for product demonstrations, presentations, and meetings with clients, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients, using strong communication and persuasion skills to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in outdoor sales, preferably in the FMCG industry
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate product and service offerings
  • Familiarity with wholesale, market, and depot environments
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and internet research
  • Basic understanding of the English language for effective communication
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach to sales
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to meet with clients
