JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales for RS Farm (Raw Meat Supplies).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand market trends and customer insights, and utilize this information to create targeted digital marketing campaigns.
  • Manage the company's online presence across various digital platforms, including social media channels, websites, and online marketplaces.
  • Conceptualize and create engaging content to promote RS Farm's products and services, ensuring consistent messaging and brand identity.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth, and provide recommendations for expanding the company's digital footprint.
  • Analyze digital marketing data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, and apply this knowledge to continually improve RS Farm's online presence and marketing strategies.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry developments to identify potential threats and find innovative ways to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales and manager to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Provide supervision and guidance to junior digital marketing

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on creative content planning and strategy development
  • Strong expertise in driving product roadshows and activations to enhance brand presence and reach new markets
  • Proficiency in managing digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram, Google, and YouTube
  • In-depth knowledge of running effective Facebook Ads and Google Ads to drive relevant traffic and increase conversions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to create engaging and impactful content
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills to manage a team of digital marketing professionals
  • A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing strategies
  • Strong analytical skills to track and evaluate marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance
  • Proactive and results-oriented approach, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
