Collaborate with other staff members to resolve any customer issues or complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Balance cash drawers and reconcile transaction records at the end of each shift, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial reports.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to all data protection regulations.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including filing, organizing documents, and scheduling appointments.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficiency in basic math skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with cash handling and point of sale systems
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
