JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee daily sales operations and ensure the sales team meets its targets and objectives.
Train and mentor sales staff on effective sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service practices.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
Coordinate with the marketing department to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns and promotions.
Manage customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Prepare and review sales reports and forecasts for sales director, highlighting trends, goals, and profit margins.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and ensure the company’s strong presence in the market.
Evaluate and optimize sales processes and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness within the sales team.
Other responsibilities and duties as assigned by sales director.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor degree or above, marketing, economics, business management and other related majors are preferred
Positive and enthusiastic attitude
Excellent verbal communication skills and active listening skills
Knowledge and application of sales techniques such as building rapport, needs/values selling, negotiating, and closing the sale
Prior timeshare experience and flexible prospecting skills
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to work independently combined with exceptional interpersonal skills
Ability to critically think and problem-solve.
Good organizational, multitasking, prioritization, and effective time management skills
Knowledge of real estate sales process
Good interpersonal and marketing skills, as well as good knowledge of the real estate industry.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
Be fluent in Khmer & English
