JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for end-users
  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and applications
  • Respond to user inquiries, diagnosing and resolving problems in a timely manner
  • Conduct regular maintenance activities, such as system updates and backups
  • Stay updated with the latest technology trends and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Monitor and maintain computer peripherals, such as printers, scanners, and photocopiers
  • Evaluate and recommend new software and hardware solutions to meet business needs
  • Collaborate with external vendors to resolve technical issues and implement upgrades
  • Monitor network activities, identifying and addressing potential security breaches
  • Assist in the development and implementation of disaster recovery

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Basic knowledge of IT systems and troubleshooting techniques
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to provide effective customer support and resolve technical issues
  • Familiarity with cold calling techniques and ability to engage with prospective clients
  • Aptitude for product and service presentations, showcasing the company's offerings
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of customer needs identification and ability to propose suitable solutions
  • Proficiency in email communication, including drafting professional and concise messages
  • Basic English language skills to effectively communicate with English-speaking customers and colleagues
