JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage daily accounting tasks including recording financial transactions, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries
  • Prepare and submit monthly financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Assist with budget preparation and monitoring, providing insights on financial performance
  • Conduct regular analysis of financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions, receipts, and invoices
  • Assist in the preparation of annual audits and tax filings, working closely with external auditors and tax consultants
  • Participate in the development and implementation of accounting policies, processes, and controls
  • Identify areas of improvement in accounting processes and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of payroll, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies
  • Stay updated with industry regulations and trends to ensure accounting practices remain compliant and competitive

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
  • Knowledge of account receivable, account payable, bookkeeping, financial reports, and monthly tax declaration
  • Proficient in using Quickbooks for managing financial transactions
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Basic proficiency in English language
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and colleagues effectively
