JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Follow-up and track record of shipped parcels on the system to get successful delivery
- Work with delivery couriers and other teams to handle customer parcels
- Maintain up to date information on system
- Check and update stock-list
JOB REQUIREMENTS
What we are looking for:
- At least 1 year experience in customer support or related with position
- Basic communication in English
- Good customer service skills (Oral & Written)
- Proficient in Computer skills (Excel/Google sheet)
