Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- -Research, analyze, design and evaluate materials, assemblies, processes, and equipment.
- -Understanding any regulations such as national bank and other sector.
- -Analyse the demand/business trend of Card product and services (VISA & MasterCard)
- -Compile the product roadmap and define necessary features to propose a to new development of digital product and service.
- -Stay informed on what is happening in the research and development field at large in order to make sure their company is up-to-date and current with the most advanced R&D developments.
- -Create a digital banking product and service planning.
- -Document all phases of research and development.
- -Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

Key Selection Criteria and Qualification:
- -Educational background in IT/MIS at BSc degree or related fields.
- -5-8 years of experiences as a Digital Product & Service Planning Officer.
- -A good sense of creativity in the process of thinking of new product ideas, researching, planning and solving problems creatively.
- -Ability to pay attention to details.
- -Ability to multitask efficiently and good at managing time.
- -Good business sense.
- -Good in spoken and written English.
- -Ability to work independently in a team spirit and under pressure.
