- Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- -Prepare Strategic planning for providing loan and other service in long term as weekly, monthly, and yearly.
- -Contribute on development of promotion campaigns.
- -Monitor the adherence of actual sales figures with the planning on a regular.
- -Evaluate customer who requested loan, evaluate their work, collateral and other resources that can be repayment etc..
- -Review loan documents to ensure loan information/ documentation are complete to submit to Credit Committee for approval.
- -Open loan disbursement and collect loan.
- -Participate on training and introduce to Credit Officer/SME Laon Officer on their work/tasks.
- -Solve and participate in solving loan that got the problem that can become NPL.
-Perform other duties as assigned.
- Key Selection Criteria and Qualification:
- -Graduated Bachelor in Banking and Finance, Accounting or related field.
- -Good knowledge of financial market and banking sector.
- -Good in communication and client hospitality.
- -Good at English speaking, writing, and listening.
- -The priority shall be given to those who have relevant experience.
- -Good personal characteristics, including soft, friendly, and good communication.
- -Computer literacy, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, Khmer typing, and English.
-Can work in a pressured manner.
