Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • -Assist in study the memo and guideline related to Merchant KHQR services, sales procedure, deposit products and other banking services. 
  • -Ensure the service provided to the client is excellent on time and fit to the needs.
  • -Update knowledge and understand clearly of all products and services features especially Merchant KHQR services.
  • -Assist to maintain the coordination with the sales guidelines and standards across departments.
  • -Studying all needs/requirements then find the solution to fit it on time and satisfy.
  • -Seek problems or issues on our service providing and report to the manager after getting feedback.
  • -Update the daily sales and achievement report, daily client complaints/feedback.

-Perform other tasks upon the request from management.

Key Selection Criteria and Qualification:

  • -BBA in Finance and Banking or related field. 
  • -Minimum 3 years sales experience in banking or financial institution.
  • -History of strong achievement of sales performance of Merchant KHQR.
  • -History of strong achievement of sales performance.
  • -Enthusiastic and committed approach with a track record of building strong, trusted base relationship with colleagues at all levels.
  • -Ability to perform training to staff within the branch network system.
  • -Good communication and strong understanding of customer behaviour.
  • -Professional computer skills (Word, Excel, Access) and willing to learn new software.
  • -High personal integrity, morality and prudence and maintain confidentiality with sensitive customer and internal information.

-Willingness frequently to travel to the wide branch network offices.
