  • Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • -Oversight and technical assistant to head office and branch staff related to IT issues.
  • -Ensure proper maintenance of computers peripherals, printer, networking, internet & e-mail, security, data backup and recovery.
  • -Assist to install software, network, internet, email, printer and update antivirus for all head office and branches.
  • -Follow up, maintenance support IT system at Head Office and Branches.
  • -Train end guide user on using new software, PC maintenance and troubleshoot.
  • -Connectivity and related issues.

-Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software.

  • Key Selection Criteria and Qualification:
  • -Bachelor degrees in IT/MIS or related fields. 
  • -Must at least 3 years of experience IT/MIS/Telecom field for MFIs/Banks.
  • -Good understanding of banking operation.
  • -Good skills in installation and maintenance of network, and computer related equipment.
  • -Good knowledge of Telecommunication Connectivity, Window Server and Linux.
  • -Fluent in English.
  • -Good integrity, positive attitude, helpful, high commitment, competence and motivation.

-Willing to travel to provinces.
