Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • -Expand card and merchant base through new partnerships and renew existing relationships.
  • -Maintain card and merchant loyalty follow guidelines.
  • -Collaborate with departments to support branch marketing activities.
  • -Analyze merchant needs and develop strategies to attract and grow client relationships.
  • -Monitor card and merchant transactions and support engagement strategies.
  • -Conduct necessary training for branch staff.
  • -Develop and monitor Card & Merchant sales strategies.
  • -Create guidelines for attracting new card and merchants.
  • -Advise on improving sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • -Resolve card and merchant issues for improvement.
  • -Develop and maintain card and merchant sales procedures, processes, and guidelines.
  • -Create and manage forms and applications for card and merchant sales.
  • -Ensure timely and accurate card and merchant sales registrations and deliveries.
  • -Perform tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Key Selection Criteria and Qualification:​

  • -Master’s degree in Banking/Finance or equivalent in related field.
  • -Minimum 10 years sales experience in banking or financial institution.
  • -Very good knowledge and job experience of banking services for at least 5 years.
  • -Good communication and strong understanding of customer behavior.
  • -High integrity and confidentiality with customer and internal information.
  • -Strong analytical, managerial, and sales skills.
  • -Proven track record in building relationships and achieving sales targets.
  • -Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team spirit.
  • -Proficient in English language.
  • -Excellent computer skills (incl. System).
  • -High personal integrity, morality and prudence and maintain confidentiality with sensitive customer and internal information
  • -Willingness frequently to travel to the wide branch network offices
  • -Ability to develop adequate measures and action plans in order to comply with set targets.
