Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- -Support, prepare and organize process of supporting branch to acquire Card User in order to grow CASA and deposit with low cost, other banking products and services to meet target plan.
- -Support on delivering banking products and services to Card User.
- -Participate in every disseminate activities directly at Branch Office level.
- -Support mainstream information to the public to build confident on the reputation of the Bank.
- -Assist in organizing documents or forms for client who intend using banking services.
- -Support KB PRASAC’s products and services, and other banking services to the publics based on KB PRASAC standard.
- -Assist any activities to be held in the public.
- -Carry out standard of customer service and selling skill at Branch Office.
- -Support and help addressing any complaints or dissatisfaction or suggestions of client.
- -Carry out other tasks that it may require by manager.

Key Selection Criteria and Qualification:
- -Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Finance and Banking sector or related field.
- -Very good knowledge and job experience of banking services for at least 3 years.
- -The priority shall be given to those who have relevant experience.
- -Good at English speaking, writing and listening.
- -Good personal characteristic, including soft, friendly and good communication.
- -Computer literacy, including Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, Khmer typing and English.
- -Can work in a pressure manner.
- -History of strong achievement of sales performance.
- -Willingness frequently to travel to the wide branch network offices.
- -Very good communication skills and ability to work in a team spirit.
- -High personal integrity, morality and prudence and maintain confidentiality with sensitive customer and internal information.
