Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- -Develop Bancassurance sale strategies for achieving the annual target of unit and bank’s profitability.
- -Provide technical and strategic supports to branches by ensuring the branches could achieve their sale targets through retain and grow businesses base, sustain, and increase profitability.
- -Monitor and coach unit’s member and implement the sale strategy to achieve the KPI for both individual and team.
- -Conduct market analysis review and trend to determine potential client segment and business segments, propose for updating sale strategies.
- -Periodic branch’s sale monitor review to find out the real weaknesses in each branch on Banca’s sale; then recommend and coach guideline on Banca sale strategy to all branch level for implementation.
- -Ensure all memos/policy involved Banca’s products and services are executed and implemented by branches on time and effective with good quality of services to clients.
- -Other tasks assigned by Management.

Key Selection Criteria and Qualification:
- -Bachelor’s degree in finance and Banking or relevant field.
- -Minimum 03 years’ experience in commercial bank with good knowledge of commercial banking’s products and services and insurance business.
- -Very good communication skills and ability to work in a team spirit and ability to communicate with high-net-worth persons and potential clients.
- -High personal integrity, morality and prudence and maintain confidentiality with customer’s and bank’s information.
- -Enthusiastic and committed approach with a track record of building strong, trusted base relationships with colleagues at all levels.
- -Ability to develop adequate measures and action plans to comply with set targets.
- -Good knowledge of English language.
- -History of strong achievement of sales performance.
- -Willingness frequently to travel to the wide branch networks.
