Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- -Install and configure ATM machines and configure POS terminal upon request.
- -Schedule preventative maintenance all terminal of the bank.
- -Provide technical support, troubleshooting in solution of transactional errors.
- -Identify errors through the review of reports, ATM journals, log and recommend solutions accordingly.
- -Support testing machine functions, and to balances machine cash account.
- -Support to repairing/replace part of terminal if needs.
- -Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Key Selection Criteria and Qualification:
- -Bachelor degree in IT/MIS.
- -Good knowledge of Financial/Accounting Principles, Banking Operation, ATM features/POS terminal and components.
- -Minimum 2 years working experience in ATM/POS or related fields.
- -Good command of spoken and written English.
- -Good integrity, positive attitude, helpful, high commitment, competence and motivation.
- -Willingness to learn new software systems.
- -Willing to travel to Branches or province.
- -Strong commitment to work under pressure and ability to work independently in a team spirit.
